A Yojana has been put in place to encourage the artificial pool to come a mate in the Govt. of India’s “Green India ” charge and to encourage the purchase of battery- powered two- wheelers that reduce carbon emigrations.

Workers will get subvention on purchase of electric two- wheelers
With the end of making the state green- pollution free and making the sloggers tone- reliant in transport, the state government has launched the “Go- Green Yojana”, GO GREEN India under which special fiscal backing will be given to the organized and construction sector sloggers on the purchase of electric two wheelers.
Under this Yojana, subvention will be given on purchase of battery operated two- wheeler by organized sector and construction workers. Under which a subvention of 30 percent to 50 percent or Rs. 30,000 will be given on the purchase of electric two- wheeler.
Two Wheeler Subsidy Scheme Rules
Following are the rules for backing under this Go Green Yojana.
- subvention will be available only on authorized merchandisers and authorized models expunged by FAME- 2( Faster Relinquishment and Manufacturing of Hybrid and Electric Vehicles) and GEDA( Gujarat Energy Development Agency).
- At least 50 km at a time. High- speed models with rechargeable lithium batteries that don’t bear a separate charging station, two- wheelers honoured under the Motor and Vehicle Act
- Manufacturers and their merchandisers from countries having land border with India( except Nepal, Myanmar, Bangladesh) can not be expunged under this scheme.
- Only vehicles manufactured in India under Make in India have been honoured under this scheme.

Also subvention will be given in RTO tax and road tax. The portalwww.gogreenglwb.gujarat.gov.in was launched by Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel so that sloggers can apply online to get this subvention.
